10TradeFX is ranked #91 among CFD brokers. Coinexx is ranked #55 among CFD brokers.
10TradeFX is an offshore regulated forex and CFD broker. The brand offers MetaTrader platform integration with spreads as low as 0.1 pips. The broker offers true STP and ECN execution. The low minimum deposit, social trading and funded trader account programme makes 10TradeFX appealing to new traders. Coinexx is an unregulated broker that provides leverage up to 1:500 on forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies with deep liquidity, pure ECN spreads and negative balance protection. The broker uses crypto as base currencies and has low minimum deposit requirements of 0.001 BTC.
Pros
  • I appreciate the flexible access to the MetaTrader 5 web and mobile platforms as well as TradingView charting and copy trading functionality
  • There are some diverse and popular asset classes on offer including forex, stocks, crypto and NFTs
  • I'm a fan of the comprehensive learning academy backed by London’s Association of Trading & Investment (ATI)
  • I like that traders can benefit from the Funded Trader program with up to $500,000 account size and 70% profit split
  • Coinexx uses an ECN model that facilitates ultra-tight spreads from 0 pips, which alongside high leverage up to 1:500, may serve fast-paced, high-volume trading strategies.
  • The virtual private server (VPS), hosted near the firm’s data center in Amsterdam, offers 24/7 connectivity, low latency and 99.99% uptime, catering to algo traders.
  • Coinexx is one of a limited pool of brokers to support the ActTrader platform, which is highly customizable with detachable widgets, as well as 48 indicators, 11 timeframes, and price quotes up to 8 decimal places.
Cons
  • I'm disappointed that the broker is regulated offshore by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (SFSA) and is not overseen by any top-tier authority
  • I don't like how limited the shares offering is at 10TradeFX, putting them low in my rankings for market availability
  • Although it supports near-instant account funding in 25+ cryptos, the absence of fiat deposit options at Coinexx will be severely limiting for many traders.
  • Despite operating for over 7 years, Coinexx still hasn’t secured any regulatory approvals, respected industry awards or the full confidence of our experts.
  • Aside from 7 calculators (forex, margin, pip, currency, commission, swap, PnL), Coinexx offers very little in terms of additional tools, with no education or research features to support traders.

CFD
10TradeFX offers 200+ CFDs available to trade on the MT5 terminal. This is a relatively small range compared to most competitors I've reviewed. That said, the minimum deposit requirement to get started is only $50, which is great news for beginners. Trade flexible CFDs on forex, commodities, indices and cryptos with tight spreads, fast execution, micro-lot trading and leverage up to 1:500. There are also no restrictions on trading strategies.

Forex
My tests uncovered an average range of 40+ major, minor and exotic currency pairs with spreads as low as 0.1 pips and leverage up to 1:500. I like that the broker offers flexible contract sizes between 0.01 and 1 lot. Coinexx offers an excellent selection of 70+ major, minor and exotics currency pairs, presenting diverse opportunities with a forex calculator to aid trading decisions. It’s also one of a select few brokers to support forex trading on the ActTrader platform, alongside MT4 and MT5.

Cryptocurrency
There are 10+ crypto instruments available, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Again, this is pretty limited for active crypto traders but I am glad to see some popular altcoins available 24/7 including Polkadot and Chainlink. Trade CFDs on BTC, ETH, LTC and XRP with 1:5 leverage, market execution and 0.01 micro lot trading. However, we weren't impressed with the narrow choice of cryptos with no emerging, smaller-cap tokens available.
